What does women's empowerment mean to you?

Women's empowerment means listening, supporting, and uplifting any and all women in your life! Listen to their thoughts and feelings because they are valid, uplift them and give them the confidence that's already within them to step up and take action, and support them in all their endeavors because every woman deserves it!

What is something that you want others to know?

Penn State is ranked #487 in male to female diversity with around 46% female undergraduate students and 48% female staff (www.collegefactual.com). We need all the support we can get!
